In case you don't like drinking water, you may take your M-Power with a glass of beer, wine or any other alcoholic beverage but in moderation.

The recommended M-Power dose is 1 capsule of 320 mg 4 hours before sexual activity and may still be effective in the system up to 72 hours.

M-Power capsules are for oral use.

If you have taken or are planning to take M-Power, avoid excessive drinking (blood alcohol level of 0.08% or greater), since alcohol may temporarily lower your blood pressure.

You should NOT take M-Power more than 1 capsule a day.

Like all health products, M-Power can cause side effects, although very few have been reported.

Very rarely reported side effect in patients taking M-Power was mild tense headache. It is recommended to drink then more water.

In rare instances it is possible that a prolonged and possibly painful erection may occur after taking M-Power. if have such an erection which lasts continuously for more than 4 hours, you should contact a doctor immediately
